INSTALLATION & DISMANTLING POLICY
All exhibit booths must be fully installed and ready prior to the exhibit hall opening at 9:30 AM on Thursday, June 25.
Badge Printing (Required First Step):
Exhibitor badges must be printed at the exhibitor badge kiosks on Wednesday, June 24, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Exhibitor representatives who have not pre-registered must purchase badges onsite for $75 by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for this process.
No badge printing or entry after 5:00 PM. A badge is required to access the exhibit hall, so allow sufficient time to complete check-in before the deadline.
Wednesday Move-In & Set-Up (Freight + Booths):
After badges are printed, exhibitors may move in Wednesday, June 24, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and stay to set-up until 7:00 PM.
All booth installations must be completed by 7:00 PM Wednesday.
Thursday Morning Access (Hand-Carried Items Only):
Exhibitors may enter the hall on Thursday, June 25, starting at 7:00 AM for finishing touches with hand-carried items only.
All Thursday morning set-up must be finished by 9:00 AM, before the hall opens at 9:30 AM.
Reminder: Booth set-up is not permitted while the exhibit hall is open. Exhibitors must be present and staff their booths during all posted exhibit hall hours.
Exhibitor Registration & Installation – Wednesday, June 24
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Exhibitor check-in and badge printing
8:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Exhibitor move-in & installation completed
Dismantling & Move-Out – Saturday, June 27
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Exhibitor move-out window
⚠️ Early Dismantle Policy:
No exhibit may be dismantled before 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 24.
Exhibitors who dismantle early (or begin to dismantle early) will be subject to a $500 penalty.
Future booth registrations will not be accepted until this fine is paid in full.
