🛠️ Exhibit Set-Up & Show Times

Set-up:

• Thursday, August 20 | 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

• Vendors must be set up by Thursday, August 20 at 10:00 a.m.

  • Setup times may be available on Wednesday, August 19. This will be communicated to vendors approximately 30 days prior to the conference.

Show Times:

• Thursday, August 20 | 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Friday, August 21 | 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Saturday, August 22 | 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

📦 Tear-Down

  Please box, seal, and label all items:

Vendors will need to box up, seal, label their packages and call for a pickup. All outbound packages can be picked up from our Security office, which is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. Please check with hotel staff for the best place to leave your box upon the end of the conference.

Your vendor packet will be on your exhibit table in Salon D & E
Please notify me by Monday, August 10 if someone other than your registered representative will be staffing your table so that I can prepare nametags.
