The program guide will be available at www.mnpma.org/physician-programonce finalized. Each company will receive one printed program onsite.

An attendee list will be emailed, prior to the start of the conference. 

Exhibit Space:

• 6’ x 10’ booth package includes:

  • 8’ tall backwall drape

  • 3’ tall siderail drape

  • (1) 6’ draped table

  • (2) chairs

  • (1) Identification sign

  • Exhibit concourse has multi-color carpet

  • Breakfast and lunch are not included as part of the registration fee paid

Shipments:

• Must be made directly to Chrom Expo Services as noted in the exhibit services kit. No exceptions.

Setup:

• Thursday, November 12 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.

• Friday, November 13 from 6:00-8:00 a.m.

Show Hours:

  • Break times for physicians to visit exhibitors:

    • 10:00-10:45 a.m.

    • 2:45-3:30 p.m.

• Saturday, November 14

  • 7:00-10:30 a.m.

Tear Down:
