  • Welcome Reception: ~6:00 p.m. (timing finalized based on faculty arrivals)

• Friday, June 5

  • Program Begins: ~6:30 a.m. (Breakfast + sessions)

  • Industry-Sponsored Labs: 2:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

  • Evening Reception: 7:30 p.m. (Churchill Bar – hosted by Paragon 28)

• Saturday, June 6

  • Program Begins: ~8:00 a.m.

  • Conference Concludes: ~3:00 p.m.

  • Exhibitor Tear Down: Immediately following

Exhibit Details

• Location: Grand Ballroom (main meeting room for maximum visibility)

• Display Hours:

  • Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – ~3:00 p.m.

• Meals: Breakfast and lunch provided for up to 3 registered representatives

We encourage representatives to remain at their booths during sessions, as scheduled breaks are designed to maximize interaction with attending surgeons.
